Online Payments
ProBlogService accepts payments via Google Checkout, ACH or via company check.
Monthly services are due one month in advance. That means the bill for September’s service is due September 1.
Payments
There is a $35 fee for returned checks or failed due to NSF ACH charges.
On Time Payment
ProBlogService politely asks clients to make payments on time. If you payment is going to be late, please contact your blog manager in advance to make arrangements to ensure uninterrupted service. Our standard procedure should an account be past due is:
Immediately suspend blog writing services.
- After 15 days, your blog or blog articles will be removed from the internet per our service contract. Your blog and blog content will be restored as soon as you bring your account current.
- After 30 days, an “Account Suspended, please contact the billing department” message will be posted to your site.
- After 45 days, your account will be referred for collection.
Refunds
Due to the service nature of ProBlogService, refunds are limited to services that have not yet been provided and are governed by the terms of your service contract.
On Time Guarantee
ProBlogService guarantees a quality first draft by a mutually agreed to deadline. If we don’t provide a first draft on time, email your account manager and we’ll give you a free post of equal or lesser value. There’s only one catch, you must be under contract with ProBlogService and be current on your bill to redeem a free post.
