I actually found myself chuckling. I can only imagine how many times I use Shift+F7 on MSWord on a single article just to find better words to use. Thesaurus.com is a great resource as well. Meanwhile, my emails get the same treatment as yours. I can't hit the Send button until I feel satisfied with the words I've laid out on my correspondence.
