		<description>1.  Eat fruits and vegetables.
2.  Moderate exercise
3.  Vitamin C
4.  Cough into your sleeve
5.  Wash your hands regularly - really wash them like a doctor.
6.  Vitamin B
7.  Drink a lot of fluids and water  - (the filtered kind, tap water can kill you too.  I just heard it on NPR).
