I love that '90 day relationship' analogy. I always say that the road is littered with the corpses of failed corporate blog initiatives. There are really only two solutions. The first is to hire someone, a new employee, who will manage social media all day and handle all the blogging. I guarantee this will work every time, but you're going to have to pay someone pretty well to do it, because it's not a job that everyone can do. The second option is to hire a consultant to help. This will be less expensive than hiring a dedicated employee 100% of the time.
